Description
This course provides the participant with the technical knowledge required to work in hospital environments on medical gas systems. You will work through the manual and gain insight into the particular difficulties of working in a hospital. As an add-on you will also participate in a brazing procedure that will be registered with the Boiler and Pressure vessel Safety services authority.
Certificates
Medical gas certificate and brazing test registered with Safety Services Boiler Branch upon successful completion
Employment Opportunities
Due to public safety issues, the demand is for trades' people to have medical gas training when working on hospitals or other medical systems. Knowledge learned here can be used on high technology gas work, research and development and Quality Control Labs. Our members used this training on many hospital jobs.
